Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partner Success Executive PSE to manage OEM vendor relationships and oversee the end-to-end delivery of hardware and software solutions to enterprise clients across Nigeria and the broader West African market.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full partner lifecycle, including partner onboarding, enablement, ongoing engagement, quarterly business reviews, renewal management, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • The role also requires ensuring that all delivery commitments to end-user clients are executed efficiently, on time, and reviewed upon completion to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between OEM partners, internal teams, and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration, exceptional service delivery, and long-term partner success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM partners and vendors.
  • Coordinate the onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement of partners.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews QBRs with partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of hardware and software solutions to clients.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and ensure commitments are met.
  • Manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion.
  • Conduct post-delivery reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner and client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner management, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience within the technology or cybersecurity industry is an added advantage.
