About The Role

  • We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while driving sales performance, operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience within the electronics industry, with a strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, sales management, customer service, and team leadership.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, maximizing sales opportunities, improving operational processes, and leading a high-performing team.
  • This role requires someone who is hands-on, results-oriented, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple operational functions simultaneously while delivering measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the business to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor operational performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across sales, inventory, logistics, and customer service functions.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.

Sales Management:

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in closing high-value customer transactions.
  • Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies for business expansion.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and repeat customers.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Supervise inventory planning and stock control activities.
  • Ensure accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Coordinate procurement and replenishment of electronic products.
  • Minimize inventory losses through effective stock management procedures.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure employees comply with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Identify staff training and development needs.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all customer touchpoints.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop initiatives to increase market share and profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the electronics industry.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve business performance.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operational expenses and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Monitor profitability across product categories.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the electronics, consumer electronics, or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing sales teams and operational activities.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Proven experience achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience using inventory management systems, POS software, or ERP systems is an advantage.
