We are looking for an Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational activities of the company
  • Oversee purchases, suppliers, and incoming materials
  • Handle cash operations, payments, and expense control
  • Prepare and manage invoices, delivery notes, and basic financial records
  • Maintain accurate warehouse stock records and control material movement
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse and operational staff
  • Ensure procedures, compliance, and internal controls are followed
  • Report regularly to company management on operations and performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, administration, logistics, or trading
  • Strong understanding of cash handling and basic accounting principles
  • Experience with stock control and warehouse management
  • Ability to manage people and enforce procedures
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Good computer skills (Excel, invoicing systems, Zoom )
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of task
