An electrical engineering firm is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations and drive excellence across our medium and low-voltage switchgear manufacturing and engineering activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive technical expertise and proven operational leadership within the electrical engineering industry.

Key Requirements:

✔️ 15+ years' experience in the MV Switchgear industry
✔️ Extensive experience with Protection Systems
✔️ Strong knowledge of LV Switchboard Assembly Design
✔️ Demonstrated leadership and operational management experience
✔️ Excellent planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔️ Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards
