Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member to manage indoor sales activities, engage customers on social media, and support digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Create engaging social media content to promote the company's products and services.
  • Assist in managing the company's social media pages.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Support online and in-store marketing campaigns.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Currently serving under the NYSC scheme.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to use Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools is an added advantage.
  • Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Good organizational and computer skills.
  • Applicants must reside in or around Yaba, Ebute Metta, Somolu, Jibowu, or other nearby areas of Lagos State.
