We are looking for a dedicated Nurse to manage the health and wellness programs for our workforce. The primary focus of this role is to provide on-site primary healthcare, manage workplace injuries, conduct routine health screenings, and develop preventative wellness initiatives that ensure a healthy, productive, and safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Clinical Care: Provide day-to-day primary medical care, triage, first aid, and treatment for employees who become ill or injured during working hours.
- Occupational Health & Safety (OHS): Collaborate with the HR and Safety teams to identify workplace health hazards, minimize ergonomic risks, and ensure compliance with national labour health and safety standards.
- Routine Health Screenings: Coordinate and conduct pre-employment medical examinations, routine periodic health check-ups, and return-to-work evaluations after long-term sick leave.
- Chronic Disease & Wellness Management: Monitor and support employees with chronic health conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes), providing guidance on medication compliance and lifestyle adjustments.
- Workplace Wellness Campaigns: Plan and execute employee wellness initiatives, including health awareness days, ergonomic assessments, stress management workshops, and seasonal vaccination drives.
- Medical Records & Confidentiality: Maintain secure, highly organized, and accurate employee medical files, ensuring absolute patient confidentiality while keeping clear logs of workplace accidents for insurance or regulatory reporting.
- Referral & Claims Coordination: Coordinate with external hospitals or insurance providers for employee medical referrals, medical certificates (sick leaves) verification, and work-related injury compensation claims.
