What you'll do:

  • Monitor network and server infrastructure 24/7
  • Detect, triage, and resolve network incidents
  • Coordinate with carriers and TowerCos
  • Document incidents and improve processes


What we're looking for:

  • TCP/IP, VLANs, routing fundamentals
  • Linux command line comfort
  • Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts (non-negotiable)
  • Resident in Accra


Preferred:

  • MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or Cisco experience
  • ISP or NOC background
  • BGP/OSPF knowledge (mid-level)
