A 4* Hotel with over 150 bedrooms seeks to employ a reliable, trustworthy, energetic and experienced HOTEL Night Auditor. At least 2 years experience in a 4* or 5 * Front Office position of receptionist and Night Auditor Opera knowledge: Front Office, Reservations, Cashiering & Reporting – essential Previous Auditing Experience an advantage Computer Literate – Windows and experience in Word and Excel essential Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Guest Relations Drivers License QUALIFICATIONS: Hospitality Management Diploma an advantage Front Office/Accounting experience preferable KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the auditing of all revenue generating departments on a daily basis. System maintenance, back-ups and running of the EOD (End of day) Late check-ins and early check-outs as per Hotel policy and procedures and to deal with any special needs or requests a guest may have during their stay. All the above responsibilities are executed during a night shift: 22h30 to 07h00 Will be required to attend daily morning meeting in the absence of the Night Manager.
