Join our team in Western Cape
We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to provide exceptional service in our hotel located in the heart of Cape Town CBD. This is a permanent position reporting to the General Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly hotel audit procedures
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate records of room availability
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
