Front Desk Operator (4 Positions) Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Provide accurate information about services and amenities. Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash/card transactions.

Maintain compliance with company policies and systems. Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and efficient.

Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field certified by the Zambian Qualifications Authority (ZQA).
• At least 2 years of experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2.
• Lifeguard / Pool Attendant (3 Positions) Monitor pool safety and enforce regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform rescues when necessary.
• Maintain pool cleanliness and chemical balance.
• Test and regulate pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and other chemical levels.
• Supervise children and non-swimmers, ensuring their safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of pool chemical management.
• Certification in Lifesaving, First Aid, and CPR.
• Responsible, alert, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• 3.
• Bartender (2 Positions) Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and engage customers.
• Manage customer tabs and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
• At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality with verifiable references.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Available to start immediately.
• 4.
• General Worker (8 Positions) Maintain landscaping by slashing grass, trimming hedges, and watering plants.
• Sweep pathways and parking areas, clearing leaves and debris.
• Collect and dispose of waste responsibly.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the premises.

Requirements:

• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• Knowledge of gardening and landscaping.
• Physically fit, hardworking, honest, and trustworthy.
• Flexible and able to work well within a team.

• Disc Jockey (DJ) (3 Positions) Create and manage engaging playlists for various events.
• Stay current on music trends and popular genres.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report any faults.
• Ensure a lively and enjoyable atmosphere during events.
• Coordinate effectively with staff and service providers.

Requirements:

• Proven DJ experience at events, weddings, or entertainment venues.
• Strong knowledge of sound and lighting systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Creative and adaptable to different event styles.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.

• Wildlife Attendant (1 Position) Care for and monitor wildlife animals.
• Feed animals according to schedules and guidelines.
• Observe animal behavior and report concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Wildlife Management, Ecotourism, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of local wildlife, behavior, and safety precautions.
• Ability to identify warning signs and distinguish dangerous animals.
• Strong communication skills and calmness under pressure.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

• Security Guard (8 Positions) Conduct routine patrols and control access to premises and events.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
• Enforce safety and security regulations.
• Assist visitors, guests, and staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate or hospitality security.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
