1. ACCOUNTS CLERK (KITWE)
Job Description
- Handling petty cash.
- Daily cashing up.
- Banking of company funds.
- Performing reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting with other accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Certificate, Diploma, or qualification in any Accounts-related field.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
2. DISPATCH CLERK (LUSAKA)
Job Description
- Dispatching customer goods according to invoices.
- Verifying goods before dispatch.
- Maintaining dispatch records and documentation.
- Coordinating with customers and relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Performing other dispatch-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Any additional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
