Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating graphics and layouts for digital and print materials (social media, presentations, adverts, branding)
• Support senior designers with project execution and design tasks
• Edit and retouch images for marketing and sales collateral
• Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring consistency and quality
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Collaborate with the team and respond constructively to feedback
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Experience:
  • Entry-level to junior experience in design or related field
  • Portfolio showcasing design work is essential
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro advantageous
  • Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
  • Experience designing for web and print
  • PowerPoint and Canva design experience
• Additional Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and develop new design skills
