Multi-skilled Operator

Tauro Mining Ltd is currently recruiting for experienced Riggers and Multi-Skilled Operators to join the team at Kansanshi Mine in Northwestern Zambia.

These full-time roles are critical to the safe and efficient handling of lifting, hoisting, and earthmoving operations supporting mining activities. Safety remains Tauro Mining Ltd's top priority.

MULTI-SKILLED OPERATOR - 2 Positions

Operating TLB, Excavator, and Loader

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery including TLB, Excavator, and Loader for site-specific tasks
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and report any irregularities promptly to supervisors
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures established by the company and mine management

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Valid Silicosis Certificate
• Valid EIZ Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in rigging, preferably within mining or heavy industry sectors
• Possession of a valid rigging certification or equivalent qualification
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in challenging environments
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
