Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
MERL Planning and Implementation
  • Assist in the development of MERL frameworks for agricultural projects.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans.
  • Support the collection and analysis of data to measure project impact.
Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research on agricultural trends, innovations, and best practices.
  • Analyze data to generate insights that contribute to evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to synthesize research findings.
Learning and Capacity Building:
  • Contribute to the development of learning materials and resources.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capacity.
  • Support the organization in staying abreast of advancements in agricultural MERL.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports showcasing project outcomes.
  • Document MERL processes and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of MERL-related documentation.


Qualifications
Open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds with an interest in agriculture.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the MERL activities within the agricultural sector
