High Revolution (Pty) Ltd, in partnership with South Africa's Sagisa, is establishing a dedicated Mining Solutions Division in Botswana.

We provide engineered products and technical solutions to mines.

We are looking for a Mining Solutions Engineer to lead this growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Be our technical and commercial face in the mines.
• Engage Maintenance, Projects & HODs on mine sites to identify pain points.
• Position Sagisa's engineering solutions to reduce downtime and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Requirements

• BSc/BEng in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mining Engineering.
• ECSA/ECBZ registration is an advantage.
• Experience working IN or selling TO Botswana mines (contractors, OEMs, or mining services).
• Proven mine network: you can name HODs, Buyers, etc.
• Technical + Commercial: you can explain engineering value, not just price.
• Mine fit: valid driver's licence, medically fit for site access, willing to travel 40-60% to Jwaneng, Orapa, Letlhakane, Gantsi, and Selebi-Phikwe.
• Salary Competitive package (basic salary + uncapped commission).
