Key Responsibilities for Minibus Driver Jobs in Kitwe Safely transport staff, clients, and materials between project sites and company premises. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure safety and operational readiness.
Monitor fuel levels and report any maintenance needs promptly. Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Follow assigned routes and schedules reliably, maintaining punctuality. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle interior.

Qualifications and Experience Minimum of five years’ experience driving commercial vehicles such as minibuses or trucks; knowledge of truck handling is advantageous. Valid, clean driving license; possession of a PSV Class or equivalent commercial driving certification is preferred where applicable.
Strong communication skills, able to interact professionally with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors. Customer service-oriented attitude, demonstrating patience, courtesy, and respect.
In-depth knowledge of Kitwe’s local roads and the ability to navigate routes efficiently. Proven commitment to safe driving practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Competency in performing basic vehicle checks and identifying mechanical issues for timely reporting. Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to work varied hours as project demands require.
Experience in transport, logistics, or field operations is considered an asset.
