Job Details
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market surveys to identify potential clients and communities.
  • Recruit and animate microfinance groups, ensuring effective group formation and management.
  • Appraise loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and disburse funds.
  • Monitor loan utilization and ensure timely repayment, managing arrears.
  • Conduct financial literacy training for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the community.
  • Submit regular reports to management. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HND or Diploma in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in microfinance, credit, or community development.
  • Proven experience in credit analysis and risk assessment. 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (local language a plus), and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with integrity and honesty.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in remote/rural settings.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the bank’s catchment area (field work expected).
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license and skills is highly preferred.
