Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for all internal and external despatch by entering addressee’s particulars in the despatch book
- Depositing mail to addressee in respective locations and ensuring that despatch is signed accordingly
- Pick up and drop off of staff to their respective locations as and when required
- Makes daily planning and performs all banking transactions for the Company
- Complies with Road Safety Regulations while driving
- Demonstrates good driving skills
- Support warehouse and logistic department
Profile of the Ideal Candidates
- A minimum of School Certificate
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar field
- Good geographical knowledge of Mauritius
- Good communication skills
- A valid driving license including authorization to drive van 15 seats
- Clean driving records and possess latest Certificate of Character
- Ready to work on a shift system and odd hours
