Job Summary
The MEAL Coordinator will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems across MLWDA projects. The role ensures that evidence‑based approaches guide programming, that accountability mechanisms are in place for beneficiaries and donors, and that lessons learned are systematically captured and applied to improve project quality and impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Monitoring & Evaluation
Develop MEAL frameworks and tools aligned with donor and organizational standards.
Track project indicators and ensure timely data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Conduct baseline, mid‑term, and end‑line evaluations.
Ensure data quality, confidentiality, and integrity.
Accountability
Learning & Knowledge Management
Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
Facilitate learning workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions with staff and partners.
Support adaptive management by integrating findings into program design.
Capacity Building
Reporting & Representation
