PAYDISCOUNT STORES is looking for a creative, professional and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our growing team.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Promote the company's products and services through social media and other advertising platforms.
Create professional adverts, promotional videos, flyers and marketing content.
Manage Facebook, Tik
Tok, Whats
App Business and other digital platforms.
Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Prepare marketing plans, reports and campaign performance updates.
Support sales activities and help the company achieve monthly sales targets.
Represent the company professionally during promotions, exhibitions and customer visits.

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
Ability to create engaging marketing content and advertisements.
Basic graphic design and video-editing skills will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet sales and marketing targets.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Driver's licence is an added advantage.
Knowledge of the Palapye market and surrounding areas will be beneficial.
Creative, confident and self-motivated.
Professional and well-presented.
Honest, reliable and disciplined.
Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel and conduct field marketing when required.
