We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and support the growth of our client base.

Position Summary

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, promoting Digital Construct’s services, preparing proposals, following up with prospects, and closing sales opportunities.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, understands client needs, enjoys meeting people, and is passionate about digital solutions, technology, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and communicate with potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels.
• Present Digital Construct’s services to businesses and decision-makers.
• Promote company solutions including websites, ecommerce platforms, bots, AI agents, automation, ERP systems, mobile apps, branding, and digital marketing.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and service consultations.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, follow-up messages, and sales reports.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.
• Work with the internal team to communicate client requirements clearly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track leads, client conversations, and sales progress using company tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Sales, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of customer needs and business communication.
• Ability to explain services clearly and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, websites, technology, or business solutions is preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or business development is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow up consistently.
• Professional attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling digital services, marketing services, software, websites, or technology solutions.
• Familiarity with lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and proposal preparation.
• Experience using tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or social media for outreach.
• Understanding of the Ethiopian business market and SME needs.
