Based in Northern Italy in a small rural town an hour from Milan, this is a new upmarket restaurant and retail concept, which the gardener will provide product for and liaise with. You will have the freedom to plant almost anything, and to experiment alongside the need for specific products like tomato, onion, celery, lettuce, strawberries, carrots etc – the aim is organic.
