Participate in a comprehensive training program across various hotel departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Human Resources, Finance, and Sales & Marketing.
Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Assist departmental managers in the daily operations and administrative functions.
Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Observe and support operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project assignments as directed by management.
Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and management briefings.
Develop knowledge of hotel systems, procedures, and performance indicators.
Assist in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Support the implementation of hotel initiatives, events, and special projects.
Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues across all departments.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
Demonstrate flexibility by working in different departments and shifts as required.
Complete all assigned training modules, evaluations, and development plans within the specified timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous internship or work experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages will be an advantage.
