Job Description:
• Plans short- and long-term objectives of the Department in consultation with the Maintenance Manager.
• Assists in organising the department according to management directives, in conformity with the hotel policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensures follow-up of complaints on Maintenance and initiates remedial actions.
• Facilitates and organises on-the-job training and coaching sessions in order to develop knowledge and competencies of staff.
• Ensures that equipment and material are in good running conditions at all times and reports any malfunctioning for remedial action and follow-up.
• Attends daily departmental meeting to exchange information on daily operations.
