MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Attend to machine breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Perform general building and infrastructure maintenance.
• Assist with basic administrative and maintenance record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support operational requirements during peak production periods.

• Post-matric qualification.
• N3 qualification as a Fitter or Electrician, or
• NQF Level 4 qualification as a Fitter or Electrician.
• At least 3 years' relevant maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of machinery maintenance in an agricultural or production environment will be advantageous.
• Willingness to work extended hours and night shifts when operationally required.
• Good organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
