Duties:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the property.
Check the maintenance log daily and complete assigned repair requests.
Maintain the overall condition of hotel buildings, facilities and surrounding grounds.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Technical qualification in Facilities/Maintenance/Engineering or related field beneficial
Minimum of 2 years’ general electrical, plumbing, and/or air conditioning and heat pump repairs and maintenance
Hotel or property maintenance experience would be advantageous
Knowledge of safe working procedures of electrical tools and equipment
Basic hand tools and electrical knowledge
Valid Driver’s license would be beneficial
