- 5–10+ years in mainframe operations or systems programming.
- 3–5+ years working with enterprise automation solutions.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.

- Mainframe batch scheduling.
- Automation framework design.
- Service management tools.
- DevOps and orchestration exposure.
- Monitoring and event management solutions.
- Relevant IT qualification.
- IBM or Broadcom product certifications advantageous.
