Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking to employ Machine Operator Learners (Persons Living with Disabilities) to join their Learnership Programme based in Jet Park, Boksburg.

This is an excellent opportunity for young individuals living with disabilities to gain valuable workplace experience and formal training within a manufacturing environment. The programme offers structured learning, practical exposure, and the opportunity to develop skills in machine operation while building a foundation for future career growth.

Requirements:

• South African citizen.
• Aged between 18 and 35 years.
• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
• Must be a person living with a disability (proof may be required).
• Willingness and commitment to learn within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to workplace procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to develop new skills.
• Preference will be given to Black candidates in line with Employment Equity objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured Learnership Programme.
• Operate machinery under supervision and according to training received.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating processes.
• Assist with basic machine operation tasks within the manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Attend and participate in all required learnership training sessions.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and development.
• Comply with company rules, procedures, and workplace standards.
