Your role:

Reports to: Senior Logistics Associate

  • The role holder will support the day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations by assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, stock tracking, and delivery coordination.
  • The role provides hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations while contributing to accurate, efficient, and timely execution of operational activities in line with Tushop's policies and procedures.
  • The intern is expected to actively learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and continuously develop the practical skills and knowledge required to support the logistics function effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing inventory in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support inventory management by conducting stock counts, recording stock movements, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Assist in preparing customer orders by picking, packing, and dispatching products accurately and within the required timelines.
  • Support the coordination and monitoring of deliveries, maintain relevant logistics documentation, and report any delays or operational issues.
  • Conduct quality checks on products during receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, and promptly escalate any quality or inventory concerns.
  • Update inventory and logistics information in the relevant systems and prepare basic operational reports as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance warehouse organization, inventory control, and logistics processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support the effective and efficient operation of the logistics function.

The profile we're likely to hire:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
