POSITION: Local Equipment Operator
DEPARTMENT: Woodwork Production Dept

REQUIREMENTS
Experience leading or mentoring a team;
Able to assist management in training local staff
Proficient in cutting/production software (e.g. 1010,Zhimu, AlphaCAM);

Able to independently interpret production data
Basic equipment maintenance skills (blade changes,precision adjustment, minor fault diagnosis) to reduce machine downtime
3+ years’ experience in a local Zimbabwean woodwork or furniture factory;
Familiar with local conditions
Experience in a Chinese-owned enterprise;
Familiar with Chinese management style and expectations Shona speaker (mother tongue);
Able tocommunicate smoothly with local staff
