Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct clients meetings and presentations to support sales efforts
- Lead and manage a team
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports .
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Providing training and development of the agents.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5years experience in management or supervisory role in Insurance industry.
- Proven experience in a sales management role within the life Insurance industry
- In-depth knowledge of life Insurance products and policies.
- Customer focused attitude and problem solving.
