Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree LL.B in Law. 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and corporate regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work
- independently and as part of a team.
- Male applicants are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and agreements.
- Provide legal support and advice on corporate matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel when required.
