Responsibilities:
- Contracting drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Responsible for the full life cycle of legal documents for the group.
- Legal risk management.
- Litigation management.
- Completed LLB degree and admitted attorney.
- Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in-house or in private practice, with strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
