LABORATORY ATTENDANT

Role 

• Quality Control Monitoring
  • • Follow all procedures established as per quality manual and standards 
    • Daily update of the quality control book 
    • Assist in the sampling of blended products in the blending station according to the standards. 
    • Assist in the carry out stock control of laboratory equipment and updates database 
    • File laboratory documentation (test results, procedures and test reports) 
    • Record customer complaints 
• Routine Test 
  • • Assist the Laboratory coordinator in the preparation of materials and products for testing
    • Assist the Laboratory Coordinator in concrete testing
    • Clean the Lab equipment after each test  
    • Ensure proper housekeeping of the laboratory
    • Assist in the Testing of samples as per established time frame (compressive strength) 
    • Liaise with Laboratory Coordinator for any non-conformity on any results 
    • Liaise with the Laboratory Coordinator for daily and weekly planning, maintenance plan and any other issues (b/d of equipment, purchase of consumables)
