Technical Competencies & Experience:

  1. Manage and develop relationships with allocated commercial farming accounts within the Kabwe to Mpongwe corridor.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities and prospective commercial farming customers.
  3. Provide professional agronomic recommendations and crop solution support to customers.
  4. Assist customers with product selection, application timing, spray programs, and integrated crop management strategies.
  5. Product Demonstrations & Trials
  6. Work closely with technical and marketing teams to support product launches and market development initiatives.
  7. Compile technical reports and recommendations based on trial outcomes.
  8. Customer Service & Relationship Management
  9. Deliver high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  10. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, activity reports, and CRM information.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable Zambian legislation.
  12. Operate in compliance with all relevant Zambian agricultural, environmental, and chemical regulations.
