This Junior Sous Chef role requires a chef with refined culinary expertise, creativity, & a passion for delivering bespoke dining experiences at the highest level & & happy to engage with guests. Requirements: · Pan Asian cuisine specialists (Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Indonesian & Japanese – including sushi) with exposure in the Middle East · Michelin exposure &/ or award-winning restaurant background · Fluency in English written & verbal · This is a remote location, single status travel only Salary Package: $2600 tax free + service charge + single expat benefits + fantastic staff facilities
