KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•  Assist with the preparation and collation of tender documentation
• Coordinate projects from planning through to completion
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure project requirements are met
• Support procurement and project administration activities
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Work closely with the Project Manager and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide general administrative support throughout the project lifecycle

• Minimum N4 qualification or a relevant technical qualification
• 1–2 years' experience in project coordination, planning, or project management
• Experience within an engineering company or technical environment is essential
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Experience assisting with the preparation and collation of tenders
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret technical drawings
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and client liaison skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Mechanical aptitude or technical understanding will be advantageous
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
• Valid Code B driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
