Salary: ETB 21,716 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in supplier development, price/delivery negotiations, and terms and conditions alignment.
• Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for clarity and quality specifications.
• Implement and monitor supplier metrics to ensure performance standards and lead time reductions are met.
• Process engineering changes promptly to avoid manufacturing disruptions or excess inventory.
• Settle procurement transactions in compliance with finance regulations and maintain complete audit-ready records.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and IT tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
