Key Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts • Follow established recipes while contributing creativity and fresh ideas • Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards within the pastry kitchen • Support senior chefs with daily pastry operations • Assist with the preparation of breads, cakes, tarts and plated desserts • Ensure all pastry sections are well organised and fully prepared • Consistently deliver products that meet the highest quality standards • Contribute to an exceptional guest dining experience ✔️ Requirements • Formal culinary or pastry qualification preferred • 1–2 years' experience in a pastry or baking role • Previous luxury hospitality experience advantageous • Passion for pastry arts and eagerness to learn and grow • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach ?
