Junior Marketer

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years' marketing experience.
• Ability to create engaging digital marketing material.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns to achieve a positive ROI.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptionally tech-savvy with a genuine passion for technology and digital innovation.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager will be advantageous.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create digital marketing content for social media, email campaigns, websites and presentations.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
• Analyse digital marketing data and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, graphics, videos and promotional content.
• Support the sales team with marketing collateral.
• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools and new technologies.
• Assist with website content updates and SEO initiatives.
