Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing teams on-site to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site activities and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Ensure finishing works are completed within project deadlines and budget requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving site-related issues promptly.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets company and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Assist with project handovers and snag list completion.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in a finishing foreman, site supervisor, or similar role.
• Experience in shopfitting, construction, commercial fit-outs, or interior finishing projects will be advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when required.
