Junior Financial Manager

In this role, you will step in as the trusted second-in-command to the Group Financial Manager, leading a team of around 15 finance professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, insightful management reporting that enables smarter business decisions, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging technology and automation to optimise workflows and support a forward-looking finance function.
 
Skills & Experience:
Qualified CA(SA)
Experience in retail or high-volume environments is a plus
Strong commercial mindset with solid management accounting skills
A track record of improving processes and driving efficiency
Enthusiastic about automation and finance tech (Power BI, Python, or similar tools)
Naturally analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
Confident in leading and developing a team
Strong communicator who can build relationships across the business
Forward-thinking, proactive, and driven to find better solutions
 
Qualification:
CA(SA)
Honours Degree in Accounting
