Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Terms of Employment: Regular (following a 60-day probation period)

Salary: ETB 21,761 / month

Other Benefits: Performance-based annual bonus, paid leaves, festival holiday leaves, and transportation service/allowance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial plans, reports, budget preparations, and expense management activities.
• Document and maintain accurate and complete supporting records for all financial transactions.
• Assist with cash flow management, monthly variance reporting, and regular financial trend analysis.
• Participate in audits, resolve financial discrepancies, and assist in process/system improvements.
• Manage capital asset records and assist the Finance Director with reporting for CEO meetings.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time-management capabilities.
