An intimate eco‑safari camp is looking for a JUNIOR COUPLE to join their team This opportunity offers flexibility in how duties are shared between partners, ensuring variety, growth, and a strong contribution to both guest experience and lodge operations. It is ideal for candidates early in their careers who are eager to build experience while bringing energy and professionalism to a dynamic lodge environment. Core Criteria: 1–2 years lodge/safari guiding and/or front of house experience FGASA Level 1 (or equivalent) guiding qualification Valid PDP and driver’s license Hospitality/front of house exposure preferred Energetic; adaptable, and eager to learn Strong guest‑facing and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and team‑oriented attitude Candidate Responsibilities: Guiding Conduct game drives and bush walks Share wildlife and conservation knowledge Ensure guest safety and comfort Assist with lodge activities and guest experiences Front of House / Relief Management Welcome and host guests Oversee lodge operations during relief periods Coordinate housekeeping, F&B, and guest services Handle guest queries and lodge administration Support management team with daily operations
