A leading UMA in Roodepoort is looking for a Junior Commercial Claims Consultant to join their growing team. If you’re confident in handling both motor and non?motor commercial claims and enjoy a fast?paced, detail?driven environment, this role is for you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Short?Term Commercial Claims
- Matric
- FETC NQF 4 – Short?Term Insurance
- RE5
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (first?language level)
- Must reside in Roodepoort / Krugersdorp
What You’ll Handle
- End?to?end processing of commercial motor and non?motor claims
- Liaising with brokers, assessors, service providers, and clients
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Managing claims within SLA and delivering excellent service
