Key Responsibilities for IT Engineer Jobs in Lusaka Manage, update, and maintain the company and event websites to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals. Design engaging graphics and digital content such as flyers, banners, social media visuals, and presentation templates consistent with brand guidelines.

Provide daily IT support, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime. Support digital systems during events and conferences, including registration processes and technical assistance on event days.

Ensure website security, uptime, and regular backups, applying updates to maintain integrity and performance. Administer domain registration, hosting services, and email servers to guarantee seamless communication.

Collaborate closely with communications and programme teams to deliver cohesive branding and digital content strategies. Candidate Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience managing and developing websites, preferably using WordPress or similar content management systems. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.

Strong knowledge of networking principles, hardware troubleshooting, and general IT support practices. Understanding of website security protocols and data protection best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
