ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a Graduate Trainee in Investment Business Analytics, you will be immersed in real-world projects that support investment decision-making, portfolio management, and influence key business strategies. You’ll work closely with experienced analysts and business leaders to analyze data that supports solving problems , build insightful dashboards, identify trends and risks, and generate actionable insights to drive measurable impact across the organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and analyze large datasets from various internal platforms.
- Design, create and manage interactive reports and dashboards to track portfolio performance and support strategic planning.
- Develop & enhance automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and investment teams operational efficiency.
- Support business units with ad-hoc data analysis, trend identification, and performance reporting.
- Work with other departments to improve investment processes, such as client selection, credit assessments, and portfolio monitoring.
- Participate in a data-driven cross-functional projects involving Digital Transformation, etc
- Document analytical processes, methodologies, and findings.
- Work with the Finance and Digital Transformation teams to improve financial reporting and ensure data flows correctly between core systems and accounting systems.
- Analyze investment data to find trends that help improve risk management, credit quality, and automated financing.
- Help the organization prepare for audits by providing accurate data, maintaining documentation, and ensuring workflows follow internal policies.
- Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives and data governance efforts.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related quantitative field..
- Strong understanding of portfolio monitoring, credit risk management, financial analysis, and investment due diligence.
- Recent graduate 0–2 years of work experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
- Data Visualization: Strong foundation in creating interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI, Looker etc.
- Risk Management: Competence in credit risk modeling, financial forecasting, and portfolio stress testing.
- Project Management & QA: Familiarity with project tracking tools and documentation best practices.
