Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end inventory transaction reconciliation central warehouse + 38 branches
- Final stock sign-off with Inventory Controller physical-to-GL verification
- Full returns-to-credit cycle management customer & branch
- Branch stock reconciliation to head office ledger
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years of inventory accounting experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution with multi-branch operations 5+ branches minimum
- Advanced Excel & ERP experience SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Enquest [Preferred]
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation methods and provisions
Strongly preferred
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA or actively pursuing
- Experience in fashion, footwear, or perfumes/cosmetics
- WMS integration, inter-branch transfers & elimination accounting
