Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 2–3 years' internal sales experience, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment
  • Proven customer service and sales support experience
  • Experience preparing quotations and processing customer orders
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
