Internal Sales rep needed in Midrand for my client in the Labelling industry Salary: R20 000 -R25 000 (depending on experience)
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Previous experience in internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the label solutions industry or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Syspro ERP, and ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively
- Technical knowledge or experience with labelling solutions is advantageous
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Assist with order processing, including preparing quotes, order entry, and coordinating with production and logistics teams.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts and ensure seamless customer service
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized support and addressing their needs.
- Proactively contact existing customers to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Follow up on customer orders, delivery status, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge and Technical Support:
- Provide technical product support to customers, addressing their inquiries and guiding them towards suitable solution
- Sales Reporting and Administration
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
